THE KING IS BLIND: Confirmed To Play Bloodstock Festival

New British death/doom act The King Is Blind have announced today that they will be performing at UK’s Bloodstock Festival‘s Sophie Lancaster Stage this summer on 10th August. Recently, the band has released a four-track promo as a name-your-price download via their Bandcamp page. Check it out here or stream it below.

The band’s first performance will be at a MetalRecusants & The Hole in the Wall organised concert on 21st March 2014 with Dismanibus and Impalement. More about the gig here.

Here is a message from the band: “Today is a proud day as we announce that The King Is Blind will perform under the banner of the preeminent Bloodstock Festival on Sunday 10th August, on the ‘Sophie’ Stage. The day is headlined by Thrash Kings Megadeth and features many illustrious names over the weekend such as: Emperor, Carcass, Down, Hatebreed, Decapitated, Obituary and many more. Thank you for your kind messages of support thus far, we pledge to leave an indelible mark upon the festival, in our own inimitable style.
