Promoters Mikey Evans and Max Rhead said:

“We’re really honoured to announce Skindred as our Saturday headliner. Anyone who has ever seen them live will have experienced the sheer force and presence of their performance – they truly bring it. This show will have the extra potency of this being a sort of homecoming. As a Welsh Rock festival we’re truly buzzed to have a Welsh band headline the festival. We’re also delighted that Stone Broken will be joining the line-up – many more acts are still to be announced! After the success of last year’s event we are delighted to be pulling the kind of acts that will really maintain our upward trajectory!”

Skindred commented:

“We are honoured to be headlining Steelhouse Festival next year. It’s one of the most exciting up and coming festivals in the UK and we can’t wait to rock the Mountain! Plus doing the Newport Helicopter in Wales is always a reason to celebrate.

Rich Moss of fast-rising UK hard rock band, Stone Broken said:

“Hell Yeah! We’re thrilled to be playing Steelhouse Festival next year. It has a great and growing rep and we can’t wait to rock the mountain!”

This will be the seventh consecutive year for the Steelhouse Festival [The Welsh International Classic Rock Festival], which aims to be the UK’s best value rock festival. This family friendly event has built up a true following and a real heritage of its own over the six previous successful years.

About Dom (1264 Articles)
I started this website in 2011 because I always had a burning passion of sharing music and keeping people informed about what's going on in the metal and rock worlds. If I am not sitting in a dark room in front of a computer, listening to some obscure music (or Whitesnake), then I am usually found at a concert or a festival interviewing bands (or drinking beer).
